Where did she stop?
The Departure reuses the same three clock settings from the Day 2 Catacombs. You do not need to solve a new set of times.

Removing all four screws only advances the lock to its next mechanical stage. The pipe, holes and latch still need to be completed.

Holes aren't appearing?
Move the pipe farther along its track. The Right interaction becomes available first, then Middle, then Left.
Each of the three hole positions accepts the Fork or Hairpin interaction. There is no reason to treat one screenshot route as the only valid tool assignment.
Both tools are accepted by the interaction points; follow the available route in your current state.
After the earlier lock stages are complete, drag the latch almost fully to the end of its track.
Move it essentially all the way to the end of the track. A partial movement is not enough to trigger the next lock state.

Removing the screws only advances the lock to the next mechanical stage. Continue with the pipe, holes and latch.

The available hole interactions accept Fork or Hairpin routes; this guide does not present one arbitrary tool assignment as the only valid arrangement.
